Our school functions as a RURAL + Community led by our 'Student Leadership Team' with each peer representing one of our four houses,

We acknowledge the way these students inspire others, follow our RURAL + Values and nurture the younger students at our school.

Part of their roles are to lead their Community Action Groups to bring about change in our school through one of the four areas; rubbish, recycling, compost, and the community responsibility

The Leadership Team meet once per week with the principal helping shape the school through their lens and discussing ways to improve our systems.

We are so lucky to have such a hardworking, creative team of individuals who respect and understand each other.

It is so important that students in Year 5,6,7 and 8 are guided in the right direction, given freedom to develop their character, given opportunities to show their strengths and have a real sense of belonging where they go to school. This programme is designed to give them student voice, challenges of character and the scaffolding needed to be successful confident high school students.
