Welcome to Bainesse School, a rural primary school nestled in the scenic Manawatu District, conveniently located between Palmerston North and Himatangi Beach on Rangiotu Road.
Our school features three well-equipped classrooms catering to Years 0–2, 3–5, and 6–8. Students enjoy a modern playground, a spacious field, a refreshing school pool for summer fun, and a newly installed multi-function turf that supports a variety of sports and activities year-round.
Bainesse School is a proud member of the Te Kawau cluster, a group of nine schools that collaborate on a wide range of sporting, cultural, and academic activities. These include athletics, swimming, speech competitions, and other inter-school events that enrich our students' learning experiences.
We warmly invite all prospective families to visit Bainesse School. Our welcoming students and dedicated staff will be glad to show you around, and we're confident you'll be impressed by the strong sense of community, the positive learning environment, and the high-quality teaching we provide.
